This Return Policy applies to styling products sold by vlexironethronao (e.g. linen cushions, wool throws, ceramic vases and similar items for holiday home styling). Styling consultations and project visits are subject to separate terms agreed at the time of booking. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK).
Your Statutory Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, as described, and fit for purpose. If they are not, you have the right to reject them, request a repair or replacement, or a price reduction/refund. These rights apply in addition to the returns process below.
Returns and Refunds (Distance Sales)
If you bought online or by other distance means and are not satisfied, you may cancel your order and return the product unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery (under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Contact us via the details on our Contact page to request a return. We will confirm the return address and any instructions. Once we have received the item and confirmed it is in resaleable condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
Conditions
Items must be unused and in the same condition as when delivered. We may refuse returns or reduce the refund if an item is damaged, used or not in original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless we have sent the wrong product or it is faulty. We recommend using a tracked delivery method when returning items.
Faulty or Misdescribed Items
If a product is faulty or not as described, please contact us. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any reasonable return postage costs, in line with your statutory rights.
